We were going to adventure more this summer but our plans have changed. Now we're selling our sweet classic Dodge B250 Camper Van. His name is Doug and he is the ultimate road tripper. He has the super smooth and reliable legendary Dodge B250 Engine and Automatic Transmission. Rarely do you see a Campervan of this vintage in this shape! It has everything you need for awesome roadtrips or living in permanently, like a tiny house that fits into a standard car parking spot! It has a large underbelly propane tank that runs the fridge/freezer, furnace, and stove and OVEN. That's right. Oven. It has a sink, loft bed, lower bed, porta potti and tons of ventilation and storage. There is also a house battery so you can charge your phone, electronics etc without killing the starting battery. The van was professionally camperized by Westside R.V. in Port Moody and it has one of the best layouts that I have ever seen. A six footer can easily stand up anywhere without feeling cramped.
Previously I had a VW Westfalia camper and was a big time Volkswagen guy but there is no comparison. The fuel economy similar, but there is so much more space in the Dodge! You have room for all your stuff and you also have the power to move it and tow with the included tow hitch. Unlike the VW when it requires maintenance it is cheap and easy to fix. However, the van is running great with nothing to do but move in and drive! It is a classic that gets lots of smiles and waves. With only 77,000 Km on him, he's just getting started!
He has has a a few love dings and such but is a good vehicle for his year. Oh, and FYI it is standard car fare for getting across on the ferries. Please have a look at some of the other Camper Vans for sale so you know how good this one is.
